Through the program „StarNet – Take the first step in your career”, which is dedicated to the students and masters from all over the country, you will have the chance to acquire significant knowledge by taking part in our paid internship in one of the following departments: Marketing, Human Resources and Finance & Accounting.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

What you will do?

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Help distribute marketing materials
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback

 We expect from you:

  • curiosity, honesty, interest and enthusiasm
  • a good understanding of social media platforms
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • good knowledge of English
  • a keen eye for the detail

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

What you will do?

  • Assist the recruiting colleagues by scheduling the interviews
  • Elaborate the employment files for the new colleagues
  • Attend interviews with candidates applying for StarNet roles
  • Help to elaborate reports specific to the recruitment activity

We expect from you:

  • good communication skills
  • initiative and proactivity
  • good knowledge of English
  • organizational skills
  • good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • basic knowledge of labor legislation

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:

What you will do?

  • Record the expense statements
  • Carry out the inventory of suppliers and customers based on the statements of account
  • Record all transactions correctly and on time
  • Collect, organize and process all accounting documents
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports

We expect from you:

  • good communication skills
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints

In addition to the practical part of the program, you will also participate in courses and workshops for your professional development (StarNet brand, career workshop and personal brand).
